1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at bodhilo.biz or registering for any educational course offered by Bodhi Ledger ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and Bodhi Ledger. By completing course registration or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Service" refers to the financial education courses, workshops, and related materials provided by Bodhi Ledger.
• "Participant" refers to any individual who registers for or attends our courses.
• "Course" refers to any educational program offered by Bodhi Ledger, including Budgeting for Life Transitions, Understanding Insurance and Protection, and Tax Planning Awareness Course.
• "Website" refers to bodhilo.biz and all associated pages.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By registering for a course, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3.2 Registration Process

To register for a course, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration information and for all activities that occur under your registration.

3.3 Course Availability

Courses are offered subject to availability and minimum enrollment requirements. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses if minimum enrollment is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered alternatives or a full refund.

4. Course Fees and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) on our website and include all course materials, worksheets, and specified sessions. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect registrations already confirmed.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as indicated during registration. Payment must be received in full before the first session unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.

4.3 Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3-7 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Course Attendance and Participation

5.1 Attendance Requirements

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us in advance. While we will make reasonable efforts to provide catch-up materials, we cannot guarantee make-up sessions.

5.2 Conduct Expectations

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct during all sessions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any actions that interfere with the learning environment may result in removal from the course without refund.

5.3 Course Materials

All course materials, including worksheets, templates, and instructional content, are provided for personal use only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize these materials without written permission from Bodhi Ledger.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through our courses and website, including but not limited to text, graphics, course materials, worksheets, templates, and instructional methods, is the property of Bodhi Ledger and is protected by Thai and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our content for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our materials
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials
• Share login credentials or course access with unauthorized individuals

7. Educational Disclaimers

7.1 Educational Purpose Only

They do not constitute personalized financial advice, tax advice, or legal counsel. Participants should consult with qualified professionals before making specific financial decisions.

7.2 No Product Recommendations

Bodhi Ledger does not sell, endorse, or recommend specific financial products, insurance policies, or investment vehicles. Any examples used in courses are for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as recommendations.

7.3 Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, financial regulations and market conditions change frequently. We cannot warrant that all information presented in courses is current at all times. Participants are encouraged to verify information with current regulatory sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Bodhi Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in our courses or use of our website. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on course content
• Errors or omissions in course materials
• Course cancellations or scheduling changes
• Technical issues affecting access to materials or sessions

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount of fees you paid for the specific course in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bodhi Ledger, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of course materials or website content
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any decisions you make based on information learned in courses

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to courses or our website at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other participants, instructors, or our business interests.

Upon termination, your right to access course materials and participate in sessions will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue legal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When we make significant changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered participants via email.

Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of our services.

13. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bodhi Ledger regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.2 Severability

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
